4. Shipping and Delivery
- We take special care in packaging live plants and fragile ceramic pots to ensure they survive transit.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or third-party delivery services.
- Upon arrival, it is the buyer's responsibility to unpack and care for the live plants immediately.
