Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Live Plants: Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all plant sales are final. However, if a plant arrives severely damaged, you must contact us with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Non-Living Items: Unused ceramic pots, perlite, and gardening tools in their original packaging may be returned within 2 days for a refund or exchange.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
